What is your return policy?Our goal is to provide the best personal experience when shopping for our products. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your Mind Elevation Designs purchase, Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these requirements. -You are responsible for all return shipping costs. (We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost in transit. Please keep your proof of postage or return tracking number when shipping back your returns). *(This EXCLUDES gift cards, face masks and customized products.)*

Do you accept exchanges?Yes, we accept exchanges. Please note the following: - You have within 30 days of purchase to exchange your item(s). - Exchanged products must be in the same condition you received it, with no signs of wear or tear. - You are responsible for all shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team through email at Mindelevationdesigns@gmail.com to let us know about your exchange. Once the item(s) are received, we'll send you an invoice for the shipping cost to send out your replacement. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost in transit. Please keep your proof of postage or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

What are your delivery options?We provide USPS First-Class Mail - 1-5 Business Days, Priority Mail - 1-3 Business Days, Priority Mail Express - 1-2 Business Days

How to return an item?1. Navigate to our Support Page. 2. Scroll down to the tab that says (We'd love to hear from you). 3. Under that tab there's a filled where you can enter your information ( Name, Email, Subject, Message). 4. In the message column you would enter your order number, the items you want to return, and reason for return/exchange. NOTE: *(This EXCLUDES gift cards, face masks and customized products.)* 5. Review: Confirm your information and select ‘Submit’. 6. Once we receive your email we will send you an invoice for the Shipping Cost. 7. When we receive payment we will send you a shipping label via email. 8. Print your label, place it on package. 9. You can drop it off at any USPS location. 10. Follow all instructions for completing your return.
