1. Navigate to our Support Page.
2. Scroll down to the tab that says (We'd love to hear from you).
3. Under that tab there's a filled where you can enter your information ( Name, Email, Subject, Message).
4. In the message column you would enter your order number, the items you want to return, and reason for return/exchange.
NOTE: *(This EXCLUDES gift cards, face masks and customized products.)*
5. Review: Confirm your information and select ‘Submit’.
6. Once we receive your email we will send you an invoice for the Shipping Cost.
7. When we receive payment we will send you a shipping label via email.
8. Print your label, place it on package.
9. You can drop it off at any USPS location.
10. Follow all instructions for completing your return.
